GRHD Reports 27 Additional Confirmed Covid-19 Cases & 1 Death

The Green River Health Department reported 27 new cases on Tuesday. 13 in Daviess County, 3 in Hancock County, 5 in Henderson County, 2 in McLean County, 3 in Ohio County, and 1 in Webster County.

Tuesday saw 27 new Covid-19 cases reported in the seven county Green River Health District.

Daviess County is the only region to report double digit cases with 13 new cases.

The other six counties reported 14 total cases. 3 in Hancock, 5 in Henderson, 2 in McLean, 3 in Ohio, 0 in Union, and 1 in Webster County.

The one death was from a resident of Ohio County. there have now been 377 Covid related deaths in the district.

The Green River District Health Department is continuing to vaccinate in tiers 1A, 1B, and 1C which includes health care workers, first responders, daycare workers, essential workers, anyone 16 years of age or older with CDC highest risk COVID-19 conditions, and those 50 years of age or older.
