The Dubois County Health Department is hosting a mass Johnson and Johnson COVID-19 vaccination clinic.

The clinic will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 17, at Jasper Middle School, which is located at 3600 Portersville Road in Jasper, Indiana.

The only way to receive the COVID-19 vaccine at the clinic is by scheduling an appointment, which can be accomplished by visiting www.ourshot.in.gov or by calling 211 for those without internet access.

To register for the clinic, you must choose "Dubois Co HD Covid Jvax" under Dubois County on the state's registration website when selecting your vaccination site.

The J&J vaccine is a one-dose vaccine, meaning you'll only need to get a single shot.

Interested individuals must be at least 18-years-old to receive the J&J vaccine.

Anyone attending the clinic is asked to use the north side parking lot behind the school building. Signs will be posted.
