14 New COVID-19 Cases Confirmed in Both Daviess and Henderson Counties

In Kentucky, Henderson and Daviess counties both had 14 new positive cases of COVID-19 as of Monday, Sept. 21.

On Monday, the Green River District Health Department confirmed 36 new positive cases of COVID-19 within its seven-county Kentucky district.

Of the new positive cases of COVID-19 confirmed by the health department on Monday, 14 were confirmed in Daviess County, while 14 were also confirmed in Henderson County.

Ohio County also had two new positive cases confirmed, while in Union County, five new positive cases of COVID-19 were confirmed. Finally, one new positive case of COVID-19 was confirmed in Webster County.

With Monday's report of 36 new positive cases of the virus, the total number of positive COVID-19 cases identified in the district is now 2,907.

GRDHD says the average age of COVID-19 patients in the district is 43-years-old, while the age range of coronavirus-positive individuals in the district ranges from 3-months-old up to 100-years-old.

As of Monday throughout the state of Kentucky, there were 61,917 total positive cases of COVID-19 and 1,112 total COVID-19 deaths.
