18 New COVID-19 Cases Identified in Western Kentucky Communities

The Green River District Health Department said Tuesday that between Daviess, Henderson, Ohio, and Union counties, 18 new positive cases of COVID-19 had been identified.

The Green River District Health Department is reporting 18 new positive cases of COVID-19 in its seven-county area for Tuesday.

According to GRDHD, new positive cases of the virus have been identified in Daviess, Henderson, Ohio, and Union counties.

Here's a breakdown of the new positive COVID-19 cases reported by GRDHD on Tuesday:

  • Daviess County: 8 new positive cases
  • Henderson County: 3 new positive cases
  • Ohio County: 6 new positive cases
  • Union County: 1 new positive case

Other counties in the GRDHD area (Hancock, McLean, Webster counties) had no new positive COVID-19 cases Tuesday, according to the health department.

Currently, the state of Kentucky is currently reporting 411,040 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 4,829 statewide deaths.
