The Diocese of Evansville Catholic Education Office said Friday that five more students in the Diocese of Evansville Catholic Schools district had tested positive for COVID-19.
According to the education office, each student belongs to a different school within the district. The education office says it can't release specifics on students or schools associated with positive COVID-19 cases due to privacy reasons.

The Diocese of Evansville Catholic Education Office, which oversees 26 diocesan Catholic schools across eight southwestern Indiana counties, says the students are self-quarantining and will return to class at the appropriate time.
