Two juveniles face multiple charges after a late December police chase that took place in multiple counties in western Kentucky.
Daviess County Sheriff's Office charged Wednesday the two juveniles for Fleeing Police, 2 counts of Wanton Endangerment of Police Officers, and other charges.
On December 30th, a reported stolen truck from McLean County was spotted by Daviess County Sheriff Deputies traveling on the Wendell Ford Expressway. The truck was traveling alongside a SUV. Deputies attempted a traffic stop but, both vehicles kept going and led deputies on a 29 mile police chase. During the pursuit, the SUV was trying to swerve into the deputies cars and was a blocker for the truck.
The pursuit was terminated at the Hartford exit of Interstate 165 in Ohio County.
The two juveniles, a 16-year-old from Mayfield, Kentucky and a 16-year-old from Murray, Kentucky were spotted later in the day in Graves County and arrested.
They are currently lodged in the McCracken County Juvenile Detention Center.
