The Henderson Police Department says a local man was arrested late Thursday night after an incident on South Green Street.
Officers went to an apartment on South Green Street on Thursday night around 11:00 p.m., where they say they learned of a domestic incident that took place between 34-year-old Andrew Webb and a juvenile.
According to HPD, officers determined Webb was going to be arrested for 1st Degree Strangulation as well as domestic-related charges.
When officers went to arrest Webb, HPD says he wouldn't comply and that he became physical, assaulting two officers in the process.

Webb was arrested and charged with Strangulation 1st Degree, Assault 3rd Degree on a Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, and Harassment Physical Contact No Injury.
