A big variety of temperatures across the area as we are heading out the door this morning. Some of us seeing temperatures as cool as the 40s, while Greenville, KY only dipped down to 65°. Either way, we're going to be warming up with beautiful skies through our Thursday afternoon.

We are tracking our next inbound cold front that is sliding through the Tri-State this morning, but no rain will be trailing behind. However, the big change in temperatures won't be making its presence until Friday. We're still expected to top out around 83° this afternoon under mostly sunny skies. Tonight, we'll filter in some cloud cover and dip down into the low-to-mid 50s overnight.

We'll start to really feel fall tomorrow. As high pressure settles in expect conditions to be dry and clear with highs topping out in the low 70s. This weekend will be significantly cooler especially in the mornings and evenings. It may be a good idea to get the sweatshirts and blankets out.
