A popular outdoor location needs help to clean up ahead of the summer.

Blue Grass Fish and Wildlife Area (FWA) will host a cleanup event on April 17 at 9:00 a.m.

Volunteers willing to help clean up the area will meet at Parking Lot 16 to start.

While working, Friends of Blue Grass FWA will talk about plans for the property, which include enhancing the recreational and natural resources.  Plus, sell raffle tickets for a NuCanoe Flint kayak.

The property is located off of New Harmony Road, just east of Exit 15 off of Interstate 69 in Warrick County.

The event was originally scheduled for April 10, but due to the possibility of rain, it has been pushed back to April 17.
