Grab the light jackets and ponytail holders! We're waking up to cool and breezy conditions across the Tri-State.

Partly sunny skies will take over Wednesday afternoon with highs in the low to mid 50s. There is a small chance of a stray shower, but we're mainly looking out for drying and cooling conditions.

A Freeze Warning is in effect tonight into tomorrow morning across the entire Tri-State until 9AM. It'll be a good idea to grab the winter coats and cover up those plants! Overnight low temperatures have the possibility of dipping near or below freezing.

Our snowy, slick start to the day gave way to a gloomy, gray and chilly afternoon throughout the Tri-State. After only reaching temperatures in the mid 30s early in the day, we will see temperatures gradually tumble back down into the upper 20s by 10 o’clock. Despite the gradual clearing conditions overnight (which would normally lead too a much colder morning), the mercury is expected to remain relatively stable into early Tuesday morning. The return of a southerly wind flow overnight will help keep the temperatures milder as we head towards daybreak.
