After a stellar senior season at Boonville, Devin Mockobee will be playing in the Blue Grey All-American Bowl in Dallas, Texas.
"They actually hit me up on twitter and they were talking to me about getting an invite there and it seemed really out of the blue," said Boonville Senior Devin Mockobee. "I was really surprised by it but, when they said that I'd be able to play in the Dallas Cowboys stadium I was like oof."

For the Boonville senior, this opportunity comes and he appreciates all the hard work it took to get to this point.
"To be able to reap the benefits of the hard work, it really makes all those times of pushing myself to work hard really makes it worth it," said Mockobee.
"It's kind of an exclamation point for him individually on the great senior year that he had," said Boonville Head Football Coach Darin Ward. "He had a great season and did things that I've never witnessed out of a high school football player."
Not only is this a chance for Mockobee to play on the same field as his favorite NFL team, it's also an opportunity to represent his hometown.
"That's like a dream come true right there," said Mockobee. "My dad, that's our team, so the opportunity to play there is really cool. To be representing like a whole area is really an honor. To be able to say that I'm from Boonville Indiana, this is where I'm from, and all the people behind me and supporting me especially in Southern Indiana in general, it's just really really cool."
