Brady Allen Wins MaxPreps Indiana High School Football Player Of The Year

Gibson Southern's quarterback and Purdue commit led the Titans to the Class 3A State Championship last Friday.

Brady Allen, senior quarterback for Gibson Southern High School has won the 2021 MaxPreps Indiana High School Football Player of the Year.  The website gave Allen the honor less than a week after leading the Gibson Southern Titans to the IHSAA Class 3A State Championship over Brebeuf Jesuit last Friday.

Allen, who has committed to attend Purdue University this fall, finished his career with state records for touchdown passes and career completions.  He ended up throwing 149 touchdowns for the Titans and close to 12,000 yards.

MaxPreps have handed out top honoros in each state for high school football since 2006.
