We're walking out the door to partly cloudy skies on this Thursday morning, with a beautiful sunrise. Temperatures started out in the upper 40s and low 50s across the Tri-State. Clouds will be taking over the skies for much of our Thursday, which will keep highs in the upper 60s. The River City will top out at 69°.
For today, we can expect to see quite a bit of cloud clover from an advancing cold front. It will move off to the northeast by this afternoon, making for pleasant conditions heading into our evening hours. We'll be waking up to mostly clear skies Friday morning with lows in the 40s. Even though it will be another morning of grabbing the jackets, you won't need them for long. Friday afternoon is turning out to be spectacular.
Crystal clear skies and a weak southerly wind flow will help boost temperatures back into the low 70s for many of us that afternoon. That's just the beginning of the warming trend. Saturday will be 73° and Sunday looks to be topping out at 75° under partly cloudy skies. Rain chances won't return until Tuesday of next week.
