The community came together in Evansville on Thursday night in support of a recent Tri-State Graduate.

A prayer circle was held on Thursday for Jackson Dassel, a former Reitz High School football player who was seriously injured in a car accident earlier in the week.

"It's just amazing to see this many people," said Megan Danks, who attended the prayer circle. "It's a testimony to the family, and just to how amazing the family is and how awesome Jackson is."

The prayer circle was held in the Fairfield Inn parking lot on Evansville's west side.
