More lane restrictions are coming to the tri-state, this time in Warrick County.
Beginning on or around April 8th, both directions of I-64 spanning Coles Creek will be cut down to one lane as contractors work on a bridge rehabilitation project.
The patching and resurfacing work will be done about five miles east of Slelvin.
During the project, lanes will be restricted to 15-feet wide. The restrictions will be in place around the clock.
That work is expected to last until early to mid-July depending on weather conditions.
INDOT urges drivers to slow down and stay alert near construction crews.
