Crews Respond to Newburgh House Fire

A house fire in Newburgh on Friday killed two pets and caused extensive damage.

On Friday, crews with the Ohio Township Fire Department responded to a house fire in the 6800 block of Lexington Drive in Newburgh, Indiana.

No injuries to the home's residents were reported, though two dogs at the house died as a result of the fire, and the home sustained extensive damage.

As of now, the cause of the fire remains unclear.
