Cross Drain Replacement Closing KY 260 in Hopkins County

KY 260/Veterans Drive in Hopkins County will be closed Tuesday while crews work to perform a cross drain replacement.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) says a cross drain replacement will close KY 260/Veterans Drive in Hopkins County for part of Tuesday.

According to KYTC, KY 260 will be closed to through traffic on Tuesday, June 1, from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at mile point 4.0, between Jim Breeden Road and Givens Road.

KYTC asks motorists to be aware of the work zone, to expect delays, and to utilize safe driving habits when traveling through the area.

The start and duration of work may be adjusted for inclement weather or other unforeseeable delays, according to KYTC.
