Local non-profit Feed Evansville plans to continue giving away free dairy and produce boxes again Thursday, September 24.

Due to a delivery situation officials say, they had to postpone their normal Monday distribution until later in the week.

From 11:00 AM until 5:00 PM Thursday, you can visit Hartke Pool on the east side of Evansville for fresh food items.

The project has been focused on providing help to area families in need of assistance following the onset of layoffs and high unemployment rates.

Our third day in a row with very mild temperatures. Highs across the Tri-State were in the low and middle 60's. A few showers at times crossed the area. A cold front will push through the Tri-State and will cause a few strong storms, that could have strong winds and even some torrential rain. Some flash flooding is a possibility. Strong winds overnight switching from the southwest to the northwest and may gust as high as 30 mph.
