Of the newly reported cases, six were identified within students. The education office said six more students had tested positive for COVID-19 - with four students being from one diocesan Catholic school and two from a second diocesan Catholic school.

The seventh new positive COVID-19 case reported by the Diocese of Evansville Catholic Education Office was in an employee.
