A Tri-State man charged with Domestic Battery is out of jail after posting a $2,500 bond.
On December 12, 2020, The Wabash County Sheriff's Office arrived at an address on E. 870 Road for reports of a domestic battery. The caller told authorities everyone in the residence was locked in a room and safe but they were unaware of the alleged aggressor's whereabouts. After investigating, 41-year-old Joshua Horrall of Mt. Carmel was taken into custody. Horrall was charged with Aggravated Domestic battery with strangulation along with resisting arrest.
Monday, Horrall made an appearance in Wabash County Circuit Court via Zoom, where he was advised of his charges and bond was set at $2,500 cash. Horrall later posted bond and was released from the Wabash County Jail.
But this isn't the first time. Horrall was arrested on Domestic Battery charges in January of 2019. After a court appearance, Horral's bond was set at $5,000. He later posted bond and was released from the Wabash County Jail.
Horrall's next court appearance is set for will January 7, 2021.
