A drive-by parade was held Wednesday for local gymnast Jackie Biehler, who has spent months receiving out-of-town care after being seriously injured in an accident at practice back in July.
The drive-by parade was to give Jackie a warm welcome home as she returned from the hospital.
Several of Jackie’s family and friends lined up in cars and golf carts to put a smile on her face.
The Tri-State teen is a level 8 gymnast at The Zone Athletics Center in Evansville. She suffered a serious neck injury several months ago after taking a fall at practice.
She was flown to Louisville for treatment, where she underwent several surgeries.
Now, after months of recovery, Jackie is back home.
