A mix between the snow and the wind is creating dangerous conditions on roads in the Bluegrass.
Commuting on main and secondary roads was a slow dicey commute.
In Henderson, main roads are still slick.
Neighborhoods are still blanketed with snow.
Plow trucks are working along U.S. 41 and Downtown Henderson to clear streets as lanes are hard to make out.
Do not drive directly next to or in front of the trucks, and if you're behind them, stay a good distance away.
Meanwhile, if you do happen to get stuck, not in the way of direct traffic, and not injured, call a tow truck. Local authorities ask you do not call 9-1-1, as emergency lines are busy.
