The Dubois County Health Department says it's offering a safe and convenient way for community members to get vaccinated against the flu.
On several upcoming dates, the health department will host drive-thru flu vaccine clinics for anyone who's at least 12-years-old.
- Thursday, Sept. 30 - 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
- Wednesday, Oct. 6 - 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, Oct. 20 - 4:00 p.m. - 6 p.m.
The drive-thru flu clinics will be held at the health department's newly-constructed drive-thru at 1187 South Saint Charles Street in Jasper, Indiana.
The health department says anyone attending the clinics should approach the location from the north side. Signs will be posted. Anyone attending should also have their ID and Medicare/insurance cards available.
Any community members under the age of 12 are asked to come directly to the health department for their shot.
