EVPL Looking to Hire New Team Members

The Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library is looking to fill multiple part-time and full-time positions on its team.

On Wednesday, the Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library said it was seeking interested applicants for several open positions on its team.

EVPL says it's looking for creative, curious individuals to join its expanding team, and that multiple full-time and part-time positions were available at a variety of levels.

Available EVPL positions include:

  • Experience Manager
  • Adult & Teen Librarian
  • Maker Librarian
  • Finance Generalist
  • Part-time Custodian
  • Part-time Experience Navigator
  • Part-time Materials Transfer Clerk
  • Part-time Customer Experience Representative

The combination of sunshine and southerly winds will make for another abnormally mild day throughout the Ohio Valley - expect an afternoon high temperature near 69° this afternoon. Friday evening looks as though it will be just as pleasant; after seeing the upper 60s earlier in the day, we'll dip to 60° by 5 PM before falling towards 54° around 7 o’clock. We are however, watching a passing low pressure system and accompanying cold front that is expected to pass through the Tri-State late Friday evening and early Saturday morning.
