Evansville Day School is celebrating a major milestone.
On Tuesday, the school will celebrate 75 years.
The school first opened its doors back in 1946 inside St. Paul's Church with just seven students.
The campus now sits on 40 acres at North Green River and Lynch Road.
A special ribbon cutting ceremony will be at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Mayor Lloyd Winnecke and Southwest Indiana Chamber members will stop by to cut the ribbon.
