An Evansville father is in jail without bond after police say he was arrested for driving while intoxicated with his two daughters in the car.

29-year-old Joseph Zack was arrested after Evansville Police responded to a domestic dispute in the area of Glendale and Broadway Avenues.

The caller said they saw a white truck stopped in the middle of the road, where Zack and a woman were arguing.

When officers arrived, they found the two in the street near the vehicle, where they say two kids were seen sitting in the back seat.

EPD says Zack admitted to drinking at a family gathering prior to driving and does not have a valid driver's license.
