Evansville Mayor Talks COVID-19 Restrictions and Changes to the Downtown Skyline

Vanderburgh County has been hit hard by the pandemic over the last couple of weeks.

Tasked with overseeing the most densely populated community in the Tri-State, Evansville Mayor Lloyd Winnecke joined 44News This Morning to discuss the potential for additional restrictions, and his advice to families ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday.

Mayor Winnecke also discussed the changing skyline in downtown Evansville, as plans are in place to eliminate two noticeable structures, making way for living and retail space along Main Street.
