One Tri-State community is welcoming the addition of a new library.

The Little Library, located on Englewood Avenue in Evansville, is party of the International non-profit agency.

The idea is for the community to leave books they already read and take a new one they want to read.

"It was neat because we would go walking and we would see books that were in ours, and then somebody got them and dropped them off into the other one and that's the whole point," says Jillian Shade, mini library owner. "Kinda to keep spreading the love and sharing books."

Saturday's grand opening also included lemonade and kids were able to adopt a reading buddy.

We're waking up to dry and cold conditions this Tuesday morning. As we head into the afternoon, temperatures won't rise much. Highs are only going to be in the mid to upper 30s. Skies will be mostly cloudy with a chance of flurries overnight. It won't be a big snow by any stretch, but you could see some flurries flying Tuesday night into Wednesday morning around the Tri-State. Don't expect more than a dusting, with greater chances falling north of I-64.
