Evansville Police Search for Suspected Motorcycle Thief

The Evansville Police Department is trying to find a man who they say stole a motorcycle on Aug. 28.

According to the Evansville Police Department, the pictured suspect was seen on security camera getting on a white over black 2016 KTM motorcycle and riding away.

Police say the man was seen stealing the bike around 8:00 p.m. from the area of N. Main St. and Franklin St. in Evansville, Indiana.

The stolen motorcycle was recovered on Monday in the area of the 400 block of Bedford Ave, but police say the suspect is still at large.

EPD has provided pictures of the suspect and of the bike that was stolen, just in case any potential witnesses remember seeing someone riding it between Aug. 28 and Aug. 31.
