Henderson Police are encouraging drivers to avoid southbound Highway 41, near exit 15B.
Traffic is being routed off the highway at that exit.
The fire department has also reported that the Highway 60 overpass at that location has also been closed.
Both traffic alerts are related to falling concrete. Friday afternoon, fist-sized chunks of concrete fell off the overpass and into the southbound lanes of 41.
According to the police department, drivers can expect those closures to last until at least 10 p.m., Friday night.
During that time crews will be assessing the damage and safety of those two roadways.
