Great news for Aces fans! Starting this weekend, UE basketball attendance will be opened to 25% capacity for their three remaining home games.
Tickets will go on sale on Tuesday, Feb. 9, for season-ticket holders, while the general public will get their shot at grabbing a ticket on Thursday.
As of Tuesday at 8:30 a.m., tickets will be available for purchase by calling the Carson Center Ticket Office at 812-488-2237.
Tickets can also be purchased online at ticketmaster.com beginning the morning of Thursday, Feb. 11, and will remain on sale until 25% of Ford Center's capacity is reached.
Seats must be purchased in socially distanced seating pods of two or four and the best available seats will be assigned at the time of purchase.
All available tickets will be $15. Specific seat requests, including regular season ticket locations, will not be accommodated. Additionally, purchased tickets will only be available for pickup from the Ford Center.
Available lower bowl tickets for the Feb. 14 game against Indiana State have been donated to first responders and frontline essential workers.
Since an allotment of tickets has been dispersed to first responders throughout the City of Evansville, upper bowl tickets will be for the general public. Both lower and upper bowl seats will be available to the public for both games in the Missouri State series.
The Purple Aces three remaining home games at the Ford Center will take place on Feb. 14 vs. Indiana State, and Feb. 26 and 27 vs. Missouri State.
Officials say the decision to reopen the Ford Center to 25% capacity was made in response to Gov. Holcomb's latest executive order on gatherings, which allows facilities in Red and Orange counties to operate at 25% capacity.
