Forest Park will be represented at the big meet. Last year, Spencer Wolf made his first trip to state after missing out as a freshman, but the Ranger wasn't satisfied with his performance. In the offseason, Wolf made some changes to his training routine that he believes will make the difference this time around.

"I've worked on eating well, getting a lot of sleep, and then just running smarter and pushing myself harder during workouts just to get ready for this meet," said Wolf. "Last year was a little muddy but I learned that you've got to run smart the first part of it and then just go with how you are feeling and hopefully I can base my race of that this year."
