7 New COVID Deaths Reported in Green River Health District on Wednesday

The Green River District Health Department is reporting their latest COVID-19 numbers Wednesday.

The Green River District Health Department is reporting their latest COVID-19 numbers Wednesday.

Health officials reporting 200 additonal confirmed cases with 113 in Daviess County, 7 in Hancock County, 36 in Henderson County, 12 in McLean County, 9 in Ohio County, 11 in Union County, and 12 in Webster County.

Health officials also reporting seven new deaths including six out of Daviess County and one resident out of Henderson County.

The health department is offering free COVID-19 testing.

Anyone who has been in crowds, had close contact with people in public, or traveled recently to get tested.

To schedule an appointment visit the GRDHD website and follow the COVID-19 test prompts.

You must be pre-registered to be tested. It may take longer to receive test results during the holidays.

The lab will be closed for processing December 24th, 25th, and 31st.

Here are the latest numbers:

DAVIESS COUNTY: 5,237 caes; 82 deaths

HANCOCK COUNTY: 388 cases; 12 deaths

HENDERSON COUNTY: 2,707 cases; 48 deaths

MCLEAN COUNTY: 511 cases; 21 deaths

OHIO COUNTY: 1,418 cases; 30 deaths

UNION COUNTY: 882 cases; 9 deaths

WEBSTER COUNTY: 680 cases; 13 deaths
