Wednesday saw another day of 50+ cases reported in the Green River District and one additional Covid related death.
Daviess County was the only county to see double digit cases on Tuesday with 35.
The other six counties reported 16 cases total. 2 in Hancock, 5 in Henderson, 2 in McLean, 1 in Ohio, 5 in Union, and 1 in Webster County.
The one death reported on Tuesday came from Union County. There has now been 324 Covid related deaths in the district.
The Daviess, Hancock, Henderson, McLean, Union, and Webster Health Centers all off free Covid testing on every Wednesday of the month, and the Ohio County Health Center offers free testing every Tuesday of the month.
The GRHD continues to vaccinate those in tiers 1A and 1B, which includes health care workers, first responders, daycare workers, and those 70 years of age or older. Visit healthdepartment.org or call your local county health
