Gibson County Residents were completely caught off guard as a Funnel Cloud took over the sky on Tuesday Night.

"No Sirens went off, no warnings we're given," says Kathy Hudson, a victim of the storm damage.

Hudson and her family were sitting in the living room on Tuesday night when her husband ran through the door. As the winds picked up, Hudson says the front door started shaking, then they saw what they thought was a Tornado.

"We have family from Mississippi in, so we had a 6-year-old, 4-year-old, and 2-month-old. We gathered them up fast and ran downstairs to safety, but it happened so quickly," Hudson adds.

The rotating storms tore through their beans fields, uprooted trees in their back yard, and damaged parts of their home. After analyzing the damage, they feared what happened on the farm just North.

Hudson's father-in-law lives In a house right in front of the farm. He says he watched the wind pick up the roof of his metal shed and slam it on the ground.
