A home that represents the work that a local non-profit is doing for low-income housing will be open on Friday.

HOPE Of Evansville has announced that they will have an open house of their model home at 309 Jefferson Ave.

The home is part of "Homes Of Evansville", a project that has sprung up through the Goosetown, Tepe, and Culver neighborhoods.

The project is part of the $1.2 million dollars received in tax credits in 2018.

The open house will take place between 11AM to 4PM.  Folks will be able to enter to win $200 off their 1st month's rent with the homes.
