Henderson County Man Arrested on Kidnapping Charges Late Tuesday Night

A Henderson County man remains behind bars without bond while facing charges of kidnapping, among others.

Henderson County Sheriff's Office said that 35-year-old William Frederick is accused of Kidnapping, Criminal Trespassing, Terroristic Threatening, and Criminal Mischief.

Deputies were dispatched on Tuesday night around 10 p.m. to an area of Robards Poole Spur Rd. Upon arrival, deputies spoke to the victim who said that they had escaped being kidnapped.

After a search, which involved K9s and a drone, Frederick was found in a nearby wooded area.  He is booked in Henderson County Jail.
