Henderson County Schools Using Buses as WIFI Hotspots

School buses across the country are being setup at WIFI hotspots with many students learning virtually as the new school year begins. Henderson County is now picking up on the idea and will have WIFI buses setup in various locations throughout the community.

The school bus is becoming the newest place to learn. It's part of a solution to get students internet access who don't have it at home. School buses across the country are being setup at WIFI hotspots with many students learning virtually as the new school year begins.

Henderson County is now picking up on the idea and will have buses setup in various locations throughout the community offering access to internet. The buses will ensure students who don't have internet at home are able to still download their assignments and receive help online. Henderson County Schools will have two different sessions for its WIFI buses with times in both the mornings and afternoons.

Morning sessions will run from 8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and afternoon session will start at 12:30 p.m. lasting until 4:00 p.m.
