Henderson Police Investigate Shooting on Green River Road

A shooting incident is under investigation in Henderson after shots-fired reports were made in the area of Green River Rd. on Wednesday morning.

The Henderson Police department is investigating a shooting incident that took place early on Wednesday morning.

On Wednesday around 2:00 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 2900 block of Green River Road in Henderson in reference to reports of gunshots being heard in the area.

When officers arrived, they found multiple 9mm and .223 shell casing in the middle of the road.

Henderson Police say that no one was injured in the shooting, but that the front door of a home in the area was shot, along with an SUV parked in the home's driveway.
