The Associated Press has called Incumbent Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb as the winner of the Indiana gubernatorial race.
Holcomb currently leads the polls at 57.65% of the vote, over Myers' 30.04% and Rainwater's 12.31%.
It was a busy year for Holcomb, undertaking both the gubernatorial election campaign and the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic in the Hoosier State.
He faced off against candidates Dr. Woody Meyers and Donald Rainwater in two Indiana gubernatorial debates in October, which were held in a virtual fashion due to the pandemic.
Holcomb's first term as Governor of Indiana began with his election in November 2016 after being selected to replace Mike Pence on the ballot in the gubernatorial race that year.
