Another Hopkins County resident has died from COVID-19, the Hopkins County Health Department reported on Thursday, Sept. 10.
With Thursday's report of an additional COVID-19 death within the county, the COVID-19 death toll in Hopkins County rose to 36 in total.


Seven more Hopkins County residents were also confirmed to have tested positive for COVID-19 on Thursday. So far, a total of 544 Hopkins County residents are now confirmed to have tested positive for COVID-19.
While 544 total Hopkins County residents have tested positive for the virus, 431 of those individuals have recovered so far - showing a recovery rate of 79.2% in the county.
