A Lake County, Indiana man remains in Knox County Jail following a short pursuit along U.S. 41 late Thursday night.
Indiana State Police said 31-year-old Bobby Miller faces charges of resisting law enforcement, operating while intoxicated, and driving while suspended.
Around 11:40 Thursday evening, state troopers spotted a reported stolen truck pulling a trailer with two riding lawnmowers from Owensboro, Kentucky traveling north on U.S. 41.
After ISP attempted to stop the truck, driven by Miller, a short police pursuit took place along U.S. 41 until the truck crashed at Willow Street.
Miller fled on foot and was found hiding behind a building on Old Decker Road. He was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes when investigators discovered Miller was under the influence of cocaine.
After the hospital, Miller was taken to Knox County Jail, where he is being held on bond.
