We're waking up to mild and dry skies this morning. Temps are in the 60s.
It's going to stay mainly dry and warm for your Wednesday! Highs will once again reach the upper 70s and lower 80s, but it's probably be a good idea to keep the rain gear handy! Some pop up showers are possible this afternoon, especially in our far eastern communities. Greater storm chances come tonight! The severe weather threat has decreased, but there is a small section of the far southwestern portions of the Tri-State that are under the small threat.

The main timeline of the cold front will enter the western half of the Tri-State around 8PM and push to the east through about 3AM. Right now, it should reach Evansville between 11PM-Midnight. As it gets closer to the River City, the line looks to lose a lot of its momentum, giving the rest of the region mainly rain chances, gusty winds and some rumbles of thunder.
