Job Fair Scheduled for Wednesday at Henderson Community College

Multiple organizations have partnered to host a job fair Wednesday at the Preston Arts Center on the campus of Henderson Community College.

A job fair is scheduled to take place at Henderson Community College on Wednesday, March 10.

Henderson Community College (HCC), in partnership with the Kentucky Career Center, Green River Area District Development (GRADD), and Henderson Economic Development (HED), are hosting the job fair at the Preston Arts Center, which is on the campus of HCC.

The job fair will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, and late appointments are available by request.

Applicants need to apply online to schedule an appointment with one or more of the 18 companies that will be at the job fair to interview with potential employers.

Henderson Community College requires masks to be worn in all buildings on campus. Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout campus. Temperature checks, as well as a self-health assessment, will be administered upon entrance into the Preston Arts Center.

It's a seasonable and dry start to Friday, but the heat is going to turn up this afternoon. Partly sunny skies will stick around with highs in the mid to upper 80s. The humidity may take the way it feels up a notch. Those southerly winds will help push in that moisture making it feel more like the low 90s. An isolated shower can't be ruled out, but any rainfall won't ruin our plans.
