New information has been released on the triple-fatality crash that happened on KY 81 in McLean County on Thursday, March 18.
On Tuesday, the Kentucky State Police said that after further review of scale diagramming and on-scene evidence, troopers determined Dylan Howard was traveling northbound on KY 81 when he crossed over the center line, sideswiping the dump truck driven by Brian Korb.

KSP says that Howard then crashed head-on into the vehicle driven by Joshua Fox, which was following southbound behind the dump truck at the time of the crash.
Originally, KSP thought that Fox had crossed the center line and sideswiped the dump truck driven by Korb.
Fox was killed in the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene. Two other individuals inside Dylan Howard's vehicle at the time of the crash, 23-year-old Shawna Rodney and her 3-year-old daughter Emberlyn Howard, were also pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
Korb, the operator of the dump truck, was not hurt; however, troopers arrested him for Operating Under the Influence.
Dylan Howard and Rodney's toddler son were both airlifted to separate hospitals for treatment following the crash. Since then, both have been released from the hospital.
KSP says the investigation is ongoing.
