Students of Marrs Elementary School in Mt. Vernon, Indiana, returned to class on Wednesday following the repair of a failed water line on the school's property.
On Monday, students participated in Virtual Learning due to the water main break.
Although crews attempted to repair the broken water main as quickly as possible, students again participated in Virtual Learning on Tuesday.
While repairs on the broken water line have been completed, officials at Marrs Elementary say the school will be under a boil order through the end of the week.
Water bottle filling stations at the school are temporarily disabled due to the boil order, though water bottles will be provided to students upon request.
