The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said Thursday that 16-year-old Amber Clare and her 3-year-old cousin Noah Clare had been found safe just outside of San Clemente, California.

As we first reported, Amber had been missing from her Beaver Dam home after being last seen there on the night of Friday, Nov. 5.

Authorities believed that she had left the home with her uncle, 35-year-old Jacob Clare.

Investigators believed that Jacob's son Noah was also with him after they said that Jacob never dropped him off with family members in his hometown of Gallatin, Tennessee.

For the first time on Wednesday night, authorities were able to confirm that Amber was seen with Jacob in California. That was just after an AMBER Alert was issued for Noah that was extended into Arizona, where authorities said that the vehicle Jacob may have been driving was seen.
