More than 100 New Cases Reported in Daviess and Henderson County Combined

On Tuesday, the Green River Health Department reported 129 new covid cases in Daviess, Hancock, Henderson, McLean, Ohio, and Webster County.

The Green River Health Department reported an additional 129 covid-19 cases on Tuesday, February 9th.

86 cases reported in Daviess County and 23 reported in Henderson. Daviess County reporting 68 more cases than on Monday, and Henderson reporting six less than they saw on Monday. 

No other county in the Green River Health District reported double digit gains. 7 additional cases in Hancock, 4 in McLean, 8 in Ohio, and 1 in Webster County.

Today saw no additional deaths keeping the region at 314 total covid related deaths since the beginning of the pandemic.

The GRHD offers free covid-19 testing sites at all 7 county health centers. All open every Wednesday besides Ohio County. Their health center offers free testing every Tuesday.
