Multiple Areas Without Power Within Evansville

Around 1,700 people were without power Monday morning.

CenterPoint Energy officials say that over 1,700 people are without power near Saint George Road and Oak Hill Road as well as near University Parkway and West Lloyd Expressway just before 2 am.

Around 1 am Monday morning, over 700 residents were without power near Evansville Regional Airport as well as nearly 850 residents near Mount Vernon Road.

Officials say power is to be restored around 3:30 am.

We're waking up to dry and cold conditions this Tuesday morning. As we head into the afternoon, temperatures won't rise much. Highs are only going to be in the mid to upper 30s. Skies will be mostly cloudy with a chance of flurries overnight. It won't be a big snow by any stretch, but you could see some flurries flying Tuesday night into Wednesday morning around the Tri-State. Don't expect more than a dusting, with greater chances falling north of I-64.
