Haynie's Corner officials are currently looking for area musicians and hosts for this year's Front Porch Fest.

The event will be held on September 4th, but deadlines will begin this month.

Hosts have until June 30th and artists have until July 21st to confirm their spot.

Organizers are also splitting the event into two shifts, with the first shift happening from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM.

The last half will be 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM so attendees can choose what shift works best with their schedule.

We headed out to cloudy skies and some damp conditions this morning across the Tri-State. We've been tracking scattered showers for the first part of the day. While it’s been mostly cloudy, there will be some sunshine as soon as we get the rain out of the area. Temperatures are still expected to reach unseasonably warm values this afternoon. With some sunshine and winds out of the southwest highs should have no problem reaching the upper 50s and lower 60s. Clouds will clear out, but the southerly wind flow will keep overnight lows in the low to mid 40s. Tomorrow morning won't be all that bad considering it will be December 2nd.
